We are hiring a Maintenance Manager in Albuquerque, NM! Maintenance Manager DescriptionThe primary role of the Maintenance Manager is to manage the diagnoses and repair of all fleet and equipment.
Maintenance Manager Essential Responsibilities1.
Manage the preventative maintenance and repair of all fleet and equipment.
2.
Maintain a complete inventory system through the recording of all expenditures for each piece of maintenance equipment, repair, parts, supplies, labor hours and labor cost.
3.
Implement and maintain a mechanic training and certification program to provide needed technical skills and best safety practices for processing equipment maintenance mechanics.
4.
Oversee preventive maintenance procedures to ensure that work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
5.
Assist the Director of Fleet Maintenance with needed purchases, including parts, tools and facility supplies.
6.
Check all repair work performed for quality and completeness.
Education, Training & Experience1.
Five years of related experience servicing processing equipment required2.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
3.
Experience in the resource recovery industry a plus.
4.
Certifications a plus.
5.
Class B license a plus.
6.
Must supply own tools.
